- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must remain in its original packaging with all technological tags attached.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
